Our Terms & Conditions

Here is an outline of our house rules and booking terms.

Bookings

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a Booking Confirmation from Villa Azafran.

 

Security Deposit

A deposit of €250 will be held as security against damage to the property.  This must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.  In the event that no damage has been made the deposit will be returned to the payee within 7 working days after date of the departure.

 

Liability

All Guests are expected to have their own appropriate insurance cover for accidents or property loss. The host bears no responsibility over accidents incurred or possessions lost/damaged within the property (i.e. within the private land including all buildings and facilities therein).

 

Check-In

Upon arrival all guest’s (older than 16) are to provide Photo ID (Passport/National ID) .  Guest’s information will be scanned and registered with the Guardia Civil. This is a legal requirement.

 

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of your booking confirmation email to secure your booking with the full remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to your stay. 

 

Cancellation

A 50% refund will be paid for cancellation made at least 4 weeks prior to check in.  There after there will be no refund.

 

House rules

Smoking or vaping/e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the villa.

Quiet hours – 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Check-in window – 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Checkout time – 11:00 AM

 

Please kindly respect our neighbours during the silent hours (quiet time).

We do not accept any parties or events at any time.

Please do not allow your pets to sit on any of the furnishings and please clean up after your pets.

There must be no unregistered guests or visitors allowed at any time throughout your stay. Checked in guests only.

Children and teenagers are to be supervised at all times. Especially when using the swimming pool and outside areas.

 

Towels/Linen

All towels (including pool towels) are provided.  All linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis.
